Walt Laughlin, CMB is Founder and President of USA Executive Search, LLC. He is a nationally recognized recruiting consultant for the Mortgage and Banking Industries. During a successful 40 year career, Laughlin worked for several of the largest banks and mortgage companies in America, and held multiple positions including President, CEO, Secondary Marketing Manager, Director of Retail Production and he was an Award Winning /Top Originator for decades. Walt also worked at Fannie Mae as a Relationship Director providing him thousands of mortgage industry relationships.
Laughlin holds the mortgage banking industry's highest professional designations of Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB) and Accredited Mortgage Professional (AMP). He is a graduate of the University of Mississippi with a BBA in Finance, The American College School of Financial Planning and the MBA School of Mortgage Banking at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Business. Laughlin is a two time Past President of the Mortgage Bankers Association of Alabama and past board member for the Alabama Mortgage Brokers Association.
