Walt Laughlin, CMB is Founder and President of USA Executive Search, LLC. He is a nationally recognized recruiting consultant for the Mortgage and Banking Industries. During a successful 40 year career, Laughlin worked for several of the largest banks and mortgage companies in America, and held multiple positions including President, CEO, Secondary Marketing Manager, Director of Retail Production and he was an Award Winning /Top Originator for several decades. Walt also worked at Fannie Mae as a Regional Customer Relationship and Housing & Community Development Director.​ 

Laughlin holds the mortgage banking industry's highest professional designations of Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB) and Accredited Mortgage Professional (AMP). He is a graduate of the University of Mississippi with a BBA in Finance, The American College - School of Financial Planning and the MBA School of Mortgage Banking at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Business. Laughlin is a two time Past President of the Mortgage Bankers Association of Alabama and Founding Board Member of the Alabama Mortgage Brokers Association.

Vann began her career recruiting in the Technology industry.  She joined GE Mortgage Insurance in 2003 and rapidly embraced the Mortgage Banking Industry. For over 20 years, Vann was an award winning Account Executive selling PMI to Mortgage Lenders in multiple Regions in the US. Vann’s mortgage career grew into a Leadership role, managing and mentoring a highly successful Inside Sales Team covering the Eastern US. She retired from Enact in August 2024.

Throughout Vann’s career she has been responsible for growing Recruiting and Inside Sales Teams in multiple Industries. In addition, she has led the Hiring, Training/Coaching Team Members on Cold Calling, Lead Generation, Prospecting, Building Relationships virtually and Utilizing all Technology Tools including Social Media outreach.
